How can i ensure that my keyboard is compatible with the keycaps you sell?

Please, email us at info@nightmarketes.com, providing your keyboard brand and model, so we will respond and confirm your question as soon as possible.

Are the knives you sell real?

The knives we sell are totally legal and non-sharp. They are an exact replica of the in-game knives, handcrafted from Zinc, which is a metal. This means these knives are of the highest quality, but they are not real and meant for decoration (despite being 100% functional), for cosplays, or just for collecting.

Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Yes, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number a few hours after placing it. In the unlikely event that you do not receive this email, please contact us via email at info@nightmarketes.com


Some items are missing from my order. What's going on?

Some products are shipped separately according to your order. If it includes, for instance, items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly. Anyway, shipping is for free. 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: info@nightmarketes.com, and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I haven't received my order yet. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see its whereabouts at any time.
